A phone video, audio, a screen recording, or any document — whatever you already have. No prep, zero formatting, no special gear. The person closest to the work captures it on the device in their pocket and hands it over.

  • Video, audio, docs, screen recordings. Whatever already exists is a valid starting point — nothing gets rejected for format.
  • No prep, zero formatting. You don’t write a script, clean it up, or stage a shoot. You capture the work as it actually happens.
  • Anyone can capture. The operator, the supervisor, a colleague holding a phone — no studio and no L&D required.
  • One upload, we take it from there. Send the raw file and the rest of the chain is on us.
  • What we accept. Phone video (MP4, MOV), audio (MP3, M4A, WAV), screen recordings, and documents (PDF, PPTX, DOCX). Have something else? Send it — we’ll tell you within a day whether it works.
  • A noisy floor doesn’t have to mean a noisy course. Send the video, and fill in the gaps with a voice note, a rough document, or a few written notes. We work from all of it together — so what’s actually said and done comes through clearly, even when the recording is loud.
  • Filming a person? We capture their consent first. Before anyone on camera becomes part of a reusable course, we record a short, dated consent and keep it on file — nothing about a named employee is published until that consent is on record.

Before anything goes live, the script and the finished video come back to you in the editor — and you make the changes yourself: correct the order, fix a detail, reword a step. You read the script, watch the video, and sign off when you’re happy with your version. We don’t edit it on your behalf or run approval rounds — the controls are yours, so nothing wrong ever gets taught.

  • Nothing ships unapproved. Nothing goes live until you’ve signed off — you review the script and the finished video together.
  • Your expertise stays in control. The one correct method is the one you confirm — not an outsider’s guess.
