Product & how it works
How does TalentED actually work?
You hand us a source: an SOP, a rough phone video, an audio walkthrough, or a doc. We produce a script and a finished video, and you approve both, version by version, so nothing reaches a worker without sign-off. We localize into 75+ languages with voice-over, captions, and native quizzes. Workers use it on the floor with in-task SOP guidance at the workstation, offline too. Course, completion record, and audit proof move together.
What does TalentED replace? Do we still need our LMS?
Yes — TalentED is your LMS. Once your content lives on the platform, the features that matter switch on: change an SOP and the update reaches every worker in 48 hours, every course stays current and translated into 75+ languages, quizzes and certifications stay locked to the right version, and completion records, analytics, and audit proof update on their own. None of that is possible while the content sits in a separate system. Migration is light — we bring your existing courses and learners across, and getting started on TalentED is built to be the easiest step you take. You can keep a legacy LMS, but most teams retire it once everything lives in one place.
How long does it take to get our first course live?
Most teams get their first approved course about 5 to 10 days after handing us the source. The pace depends mostly on how fast your reviewers sign off. We start with one high-value workflow and use it as the template for the rest.
We already have SOPs and rough videos. Can you use those?
Yes — that is the point. No film crew or polished footage needed. We ingest your existing SOPs, raw videos, audio, and documents and turn them into a clean script and a produced video you approve. Your experts stay the source of truth; we handle production and localization.
Who owns the content?
Your source material — your SOPs, slides, footage, and audio — is yours, and so is all your learner data: completions, scores, and records, always exportable. The course library we produce and finance as part of your subscription lives on the platform, where it stays current, version-locked, audit-ready, and translated into 75+ languages — a living system, not a stale folder of files. It's yours to use throughout your agreement, and yours to export and take with you once the financed production is fully settled. The exact ownership and export terms are spelled out in your agreement.
What if our experts aren't comfortable on camera?
They don't have to be. Hand it to your best person, press record, and we do the rest. When needed, we swap their on-camera delivery for an AI presenter while keeping their words and their expertise intact.
For the frontline
Our workers don't have corporate email and work offline. How do they use it?
It's built for the floor. A worker doesn't need a corporate email — you onboard them with a simple account (a personal email, phone number, or worker ID), so each person has their own login and you can track who completed what. In-task SOP guidance needs no login at all: open a step from a direct link or QR code right at the workstation, and it works offline, so spotty Wi-Fi never stops training. Use the devices already on-site, or personal phones where you allow it.
Rollout & adoption
How do we migrate our existing training content?
Carefully, and how depends on where you start. We begin with a
pilot on one or two high-priority workflows — built from your existing SOPs and videos, approved by your team — so you see real value before anything changes. If you already run an LMS, it keeps running the whole time and nothing is switched off until TalentED is proven — a parallel run; if you don't have one, we move straight from the pilot to producing and deploying on the platform. Either way we do the heavy lifting: rebuild your courses, bring your learners and their records across, and map roles and sites — then roll it out site by site, with you choosing the order and signing off at each step. It's a managed rollout, not a weekend cutover — see the full two-path plan on our
Implementation page.
How does a multi-site, multi-language rollout work?
Build a course once, approve it, then localize into 75+ languages with voice-over, captions, and native-language quizzes, so every site teaches the same standard. Assign by role, site, and region. Change the source once and the update propagates everywhere within 48 hours, so sites do not drift apart.
What does "updates live in 48 hours" actually mean?
No email, no project plan, no re-uploading. Your process changed? Your SOP already lives in the platform — edit it right there, or just click Update, and that's the only trigger. Within 48 hours the affected segments are rebuilt, re-translated into every language, routed through your sign-off, and live to every worker — and anyone still on the old version is automatically flagged for re-training. It all happens inside the LMS, under the same approval and version control that governs every change.
Compliance & audit
Can TalentED produce inspection-ready reports for an audit?
Yes. Five inspector-ready reports are built in — training matrix by role, certificate & renewal status, overdue & expiring, completion by site, and a tenant-wide audit export — each sliceable by site, role, or jurisdiction and exportable in one click. Behind them sits an immutable, time-stamped audit log: every record ties a worker to the exact course version (vN) they completed, the quiz they passed, and an e-signed sign-off, with dates — and it can't be edited after the fact. Course changes run through a documented review-and-approval flow (each change e-signed and version-controlled, the kind of sign-off discipline compliance teams and auditors expect), so when they ask who was trained, on what version, and who approved it, you answer in minutes.
How do you prove a worker actually completed and understood the training?
Completion is captured automatically — tied to the worker, the course version (vN), and the date, then locked in the audit log. Understanding is checked with native quizzes built into each localized course. So the proof isn't "they opened it" — it's they passed it in their own language.
Support
What support do we get during and after rollout?
You're never handed a login and left alone. You get a dedicated account manager — a real person who knows your rollout, answers your questions, and is reachable when you need them. They help scope your first courses, support your reviewers through sign-off, and keep things on track after launch, when an SOP changes and the update needs to reach every worker within 48 hours. Specific response and support commitments are confirmed in your agreement.
